These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our telemedicine services, which are accessible through our website, mobile application, and associated digital platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.Our telemedicine services are intended strictly for non-emergent medical issues. We do not provide emergency care, and our Platform must not be used for any situation that requires immediate medical attention. In the event of a medical emergency, you must call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. The care provided through our Platform is designed to support, not replace, the relationship you have with your primary care provider (PCP). We may collaborate with your PCP to ensure continuity and appropriateness of care, particularly in cases involving ongoing or complex medical conditions. However, we are not a substitute for long-term or specialized care and do not manage chronic or complicated medical etiologies independently. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that no specific outcomes can be guaranteed from the use of telehealth services. We strive to provide high-quality medical care; however, healthcare inherently involves variability in individual responses and outcomes, and therefore we do not warrant or promise a particular result. We are fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and uphold strict standards to protect your personal health information. All health data collected during your interaction with our Platform will be stored, transmitted, and used in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and applicable federal and state laws. This includes data entered by users, information generated by our healthcare providers, and any relevant clinical data obtained from integrations or third-party systems.Our services are available in all 50 U.S. states, and we comply with all state-specific telehealth regulations, including those governing the treatment of pediatric patients aged 12 and older. Depending on the state, certain consents may be required from the minor, parent, or guardian before telehealth services can be rendered. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and lawful consent where required.
By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and health information as described herein and in our Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to demographic data, symptoms, medical history, and diagnostic information collected through your telehealth sessions.We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our Platform. Continued use of our services following any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
